On August 22, 2025, NARTIS Plant in Cherepovets celebrates 7 years since its foundation. In this relatively short period of time, the company has gone from a small pilot production in rented premises to Russia's largest manufacturer of smart electricity meters.

Today, NARTIS produces more than half of all such products in the country, and the company's production capacity is 2.5 million meters per year. The plant is part of NEK Industrial Group, an association of technology companies that create innovative domestic products and provide comprehensive services in the electric power industry.

In 7 years, the company has not only grown in volume and technology, but has also created a strong team. Today, NARTIS employs 950 people, 80% are women. The company actively invests in staff development, supports corporate sports and expands the social benefits package.

"For me, the most valuable asset of NARTIS is its people. Every day I see the dedication and energy that our team is working with, and it is what makes us achieve impressive results! There are even more opportunities for growth ahead of us – we will expand the product line, create new jobs and contribute to the development of the domestic power sector," said CEO Oleg Vladimirov.

By its birthday, the company completed the construction of a new production building. Modern automated production lines will soon be installed here, which will improve product quality. The opening is scheduled for the middle of autumn.

NARTIS is actively exploring new areas to develop in the traditional energy segment: water, heat and gas meters, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. In the spring of 2024, the company launched the production of electric charging stations, including its own power units, a unique solution for the Russian market. 60 stations have already been installed in Moscow and the region, and 500 devices are planned to be produced in 2025.

NARTIS is a Russian plant with domestic technology and solutions. Therefore, a high level of product localization is one of the key competitive advantages. Together with NEK.TECH, the scientific and technical center of NEK, has designed and introduced a series domestic microcontroller. And in 2025, with the assistance of NARTIS and NEK specialists in Vologda Region, Luch will begin building a plant for the production of printed circuit boards. This will reduce the power sector's dependence on imports, and of course, create new jobs in the region.
